Shampoo and Conditioner Bars that Really Work!

Did you know that switching to shampoo and conditioner bars is an easy way to reduce your plastic footprint at home? Hair care products often come in plastic because they are liquid and need leak-proof packaging. Those bottles then need to be replaced every few months and can rarely be refilled because the opening is so darn small - bad design! 

Shampoo and conditioner bars are a really neat plastic-free solution and we've found some that really work! They clean the hair thoroughly without leaving behind a waxy or rough feeling like many of the other bars we've sampled. And the lather is rich and satisfying. The conditioner also does a great job at detangling hair without leaving it greasy.
