It was designed to be completely plastic-free (unlike most other lunch bags on the market). Typical plastic lunch bags can get dirty over time and can only really be wiped clean but not thoroughly washed. They are also nearly impossible to repair. This innovation changes all of that! This bag features removable insulating wool panels so if your lunchbox gets dirty, you can simply remove the wool panels and wash the bag in the washing machine! and if over the years it does ever get a hole in it, you can always sew it or patch it and keep the bag continue its useful life.
The bag is made by one our most trusted ethical manufacturers in India who has worked with us every step of the way to provide the highest quality materials and finished product. The bag itself is made from GOTS certified organic cotton and has high quality metal buckles.
The wool panels come from a local friendly business who uses the scraps from their organic and natural mattress manufacturing to create this special wool textile made from 80% GOTS-certified organic wool and 20% mixed GOTS-certified organic cotton and GOLS-certified organic rubber scraps. The wool panels have been hand cut with love by the LWP team. With such personalized crafting, come natural imperfections. If the panels do not fit perfectly, just use a pair of scissors to adjust the size.

I ADORE this lunch bag. Seriously, it's so awesome. Loads of compliments, lots of interest, and it's such a great size. Extremely sturdy, and collapses down easily when not in use. I wanted more support in the bottom, so I cut out a piece of cardboard, works like a charm! Very highly recommend.
Love that it completely plastic free, lots of room, washable, sturdy and has its own zippered pocket for silverware and straw. However, I’m not thrilled that the handles are only sewn at a small area, would have preferred it be sewn all the way down the sides as this would make it able to not tear as easily over time.
