Life Without Plastic guarantees all goods against manufacturing or workmanship defects detected within 30 days of the date records indicate you have succesfully received your order (please visit our Shipping and Returns section for details on how to return a defective product). Klean Kanteen guarantees its bottles for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Please contact Klean Kanteen directly if your Klean Kanteen water bottle is defective. We always purchase insurance when shipping to Canada and the United States, therefore if your product appears to have been damaged during shipping, please advise us as soon as possible.
