Wooden Dump Truck

This extremely high quality beechwood dump truck is easy for your child to drive around using the innovative steering wheel on top of the cab that links directly to the front wheels. It's just like driving a real truck! Plus it has a great bin that moves up and down for dumping cargo. The wood is coated with a non-toxic, clear varnish that is completely safe for your child.

This fagus® dump truck is manufactured completely by disabled persons in a factory in northern Germany. When visiting the factory, we were utterly impressed by how each machine in the production assembly line (e.g., saw, drill) is perfectly adapted to the workers, taking into account their physical and mental abilities, and of course their safety. The workers we met are very proud of their work, which fortifies their self-confidence. By buying this product, you are supporting these inspirational skilled workers.

The wood is interlocked, dowelled and glued together to eliminate the use of nails, screws and staples. Our son LOVES playing with his fagus® toys because they are smart, solid and easy to manipulate.
