The 40oz Klean Kanteen™ Wide is the ultimate bottle for long trips on the road or in the backcountry. When your adventure spans days or weeks instead of hours, when you need enough water to go the distance, when you're out all day and don't have access to easy refills, this is your bottle.
It's a little shorter and more compact than the Klean Kanteen™ Classic 40 oz. The extra wide opening makes it super easy to fill and clean. It works perfectly with any kinds of drink other than water including wine, beer, juice and milk. Because it's made from 18/8 (304), food-grade stainless steel, these acidic beverages won't damage or corrode the metal. It comes with a Stainless Loop Cap featuring a stainless steel interior, so that your drinks never touch plastic. The outside of the cap is made of BPA-free polypropylene (pp#5).
It is easy to clean with vinegar or baking soda and the bottle can also be cleaned in the dishwasher. The cap should be handwashed.
