We’re pleased to offer this Thermowood Shaving Brush, boasting soft, ethically harvested, sterilized pig hair bristles that get the foam onto your five o’clock shadow no matter what time of day it is. (We prefer pig bristles over badger bristles because badgers are raised and killed just for their hair.) The Thermowood base feels good in your hand and looks great at your shaving station. Just as importantly, it lets you feel good about your choice of sustainable everyday items that work better as they help the environment.

Thermowood comes from an age-old method our ancestors used to treat and protect wood naturally. This method of heat treatment permanently protects wood from the effects of the environment. It involves "baking" the wood at a moderate temperature, which alters its texture and gives it a beautiful, dark-brown tone. The result is a wood that is water-, heat-, and mold-resistant. The brush measures 9.5 cm (3.7").
