The best way to use this mug is to pull all of its parts to the limit of the mug's size and to hold it by the top layer in order to avoid the mug from collapsing in your hand while you use it. Keep in mind that this mug is intended to be used as a quick, portable drinking vessel for when you are on the go, and is not designed to be used the way you would normally use a cup or glass - i.e., it may fold up very easily (whether there is liquid in it or not) when put down on a surface.
