It is made of high quality, food grade 304 stainless steel. Easy to clean, the bottom part can be washed in the dishwasher or re-heated on the stove. Please note that the lid has a silicone seal, which is not dishwasher-safe or oven-safe. This container is also freezer-safe.
You can use a non-permanent marker to write on the container. This is handy for specifying contents and storage date. The marker writings wash off easily with water.
