It is made of high quality, food grade 18-10 stainless steel. Easy to clean, the bottom part can be washed in the dishwasher or re-heated on the stove. Please note that the lid has a silicone seal, which is not dishwasher-safe or oven-safe. This container is also freezer-safe.
You can use a non-permanent marker/wax pencil to write on the container. This is handy for specifying contents and storage date. The marker writings wash off easily with water and friction.
Extra or replacement lids can be purchased separately.
