Bamboo Spatula for Cooking

This versatile spatula is perfect for use with our ceramic frying pans, or any other kitchen or camping pot or pan. Because the bamboo is hard and yet not abrasive, it won't damage surfaces. Durable and hard enough to use for scraping sautéed food, and ideal for stirring sauces and flipping burgers. It features a little bump on its back (a unique characteristic of how bamboo grows) that keeps the spatula end from touching counters and stoves.

It is made by BAMBU of bamboo grown and harvested sustainably in China. The bamboo is organic and fair trade. We met the dynamic founders of BAMBU, Jeff Delkin and Rachel Speth, and were very impressed with how they ensure their products are of the highest quality. They also make sure that their employees are treated very well. Like us, BAMBU is Green America certified.

Lightweight, strong and long lasting. Hand finished with top grade natural, food-safe wood oil. We recommend that this spatula be handwashed. Dimensions: 7 cm X 7 cm / 2.75" X 2.75".
