We had expected to have it available earlier than this, but unfortunately, we had to go through many prototypes before we were able to come up with the right product in terms of quality and stability in the presence of acids. This has reinforced an important life rule given that the stainless steel used for the ice cube tray appeared to be of excellent quality -- i.e., don't believe everything you see!
