Buckwheat (fagopyrum esculentum) is a member of the rhubarb family, an excellent ground cover and soil enriching rotation crop. With milling, the inedible hulls are separated from the edible buckwheat kernels, or groats, and the firm but flowing properties of the cleaned organic hulls are perfect for pillow fill. The 100% cotton, undyed cover and casing are filled with pure organic buckwheat hulls. The removable pillow cover can be washed in cool water with like colours and hung to dry. No bleach. Do not wash the filling.
