When you are done shopping, fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your order. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to pay through our PayPal system. Because your online order will go through PayPal's servers you may read PayPal's privacy policy by clicking here. Although you can order 24/7, we ship every Monday and Thursday. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the destination - you will be sent tracking information once your order ships.
Also, please note that all international orders are subject to actual shipping and handling costs. If your order is shipping internationally (beyond Canada or the United States), after you have placed your order online you will be contacted by e-mail with a quotation for the extra shipping and handling costs. If you then wish to proceed with the order, we will send you an electronic invoice for the extra shipping and handling charges, and once it is paid, your order will ship.

You can pay with your PayPal account, or, if you do not have a PayPal
account or do not want one, you can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER
and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We accept phone orders using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. We also accept money orders and personal
cheques sent by mail (they should be made payable to Mama Mundo Inc.). If paying by personal cheque, please allow
three weeks for it to clear our bank, plus delivery time.
Phone Orders
You are most welcome to order by phone and speak with one our customer service helpers during our office hours, which are indicated here at the Contact Us page our our website. If you order by phone, you will be charged in the currency of your residence.
Fax Orders
To order by facsimile, simply fax us the filled out order form (download
in pdf), including VISA or MASTERCARD information to our fax number: 613-482-9372.

Orders
To place your order by mail, include your completed order form (download
in pdf). Also include a personal cheque or money order payable
to Mama Mundo Inc. for the total amount of charges,
including shipping and handling (as indicated here at the Shipping and Returns page our our website), Goods and Services Tax (GST) and provincial sales tax, if applicable.

Taxes
Canadian GST will be collected on all orders being shipped to addresses
in Canada. Quebec provincial sales tax will be collected to all orders shipped to addresses in Quebec. If you are required to pay sales tax, you will be
alerted during the Checkout process before you make your payment.
Out of Stock Products
We make every effort to ship complete orders. But if a product is temporarily out of stock, the processing of your order may be delayed. In such a case, we will contact you as soon as possible to determine together how best to move forward.
