Ceramic and Stainless Steel Frying Pan - large - 28 cm (11")

Years ago, we were using our old Teflon-coated frying pan to make scrambled eggs, and pepper magically appeared on the eggs. It wasn't pepper; it was flakes of toxic Teflon®. Yuck! You won't have that problem with this frying pan. Teflon®-free guaranteed! Its non-stick coating is made of a ceramic that should not chip no matter how long you use the pan - assuming of course that you treat it well. We recommend that metal utensils not be used with this pan as they could cause damage to the ceramic coating over time.

This pan is well suited to foods that usually stick to pans – think eggs, vegetables, and fish. You don't have to soak the pan to get food off either, because food slips off easily.

This handy pan is 28 cm (about 11 inches) in diameter, a nice medium size. It's Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel, and of solid German quality! The company that makes this frying pan has been around since 1853 and has designed many innovative products.
